  Red practice skirts swirl and furl around dancers in the adult Ballet Folklorico Huehuecoytl (BFH) class at Elgin Community College. To produce their dramatic double circles and swirls used in the dances, the skirts are created with 15 yards of material. I recently did a Moving Picture story on the artistic director of the dance group and was able to visit the class several times.   Lillian Mink, of Elgin, shares a laugh with fellow walkers as they try to guess the restoration cost of rehabbing the windmill at Fabyan East Forest Preserve in Geneva Thursday. The cost was $900,000 and the project took eight years. Strollers learned some of the history of the preserve which was once owned by Col. George Fabyan.
