Streamwood Woman's Club offers scholarship

For more than 45 years, the Streamwood Woman's Club has been dedicated to improving the quality of life in its community and beyond. One of the ways in which they do this is to offer a scholarship each year to assist college or trade school bound students in pursuit of their educational goals.

The $500 scholarship is available to any graduating high school senior, that is a Streamwood resident. Applications are available at the Guidance Office of your school, or call JoAnne at (847) 980-8303.

Completed applications must be postmarked no later than April 12, and mailed to: Streamwood Woman's Club, P.O. Box 152, Streamwood, Illinois 60107.

The Streamwood Woman's Club is a nonprofit civic organization, providing adult women the opportunity to help others through civic and charitable activities, while enjoying the companionship of other active women. The club is open to all women 18 years and older. Residency in Streamwood is not required.
