Artichoke Hummus

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and quartered

6 cloves garlic

Juice of 2 lemons

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon ground cumin

½ teaspoon kosher salt

½ teaspoon white pepper

Virgin olive oil

In the work bowl of a food processor, add the chickpeas, artichoke hearts, garlic, lemon juice and spices. Turn the machine on and slowly drizzle in olive oil until the mixture is creamy. Taste and adjust seasonings and oil as desired.

Serves 16.
