Burlington Central 2, Richmond-Burton 1: Jordan King scored both goals as Central opened the season with a Big Northern East win. Ashley Ahrens had an assist for the Rockets, while Abbi Ciganek and Erin Rafferty combined for 5 saves in goal.

Elk Grove 3, Dundee-Crown 2: Alyssa Moreno and Heily Ramirez scored Dundee-Crown's goals in this nonconference loss. Krystal Meraz had both assists for the Chargers (0-2).

Oswego 4, Bartlett 1: Mariela Alba scored off an assist from Shannon Brohan for Bartlett's only goal in this nonconference loss. Kykya Wetterman (7 saves) and Tessa Jatczak (4) shared time in goal for Bartlett (1-1).

Westmont 4, Elgin Academy 0: Maggie Veltri, Olivia Oberdorf and Emma May combined for 12 saves in goal for Elgin Academy in its season-opening nonconference loss.
