Justice said to find racial bias in Ferguson police actions

(Bloomberg) -- The Justice Department has concluded that the Ferguson, Missouri, police force routinely violated the constitutional rights of minority residents, according to a law enforcement official.

A final report by the Justice Department, which has been investigating the suburban St. Louis police force since last summer, is expected to be issued as soon as tomorrow, according to the official, who asked for anonymity before the release.
