What changes, if any, do you think need to be made?District 301 is currently doing a good job preparing students for college or career. The District Office works closely with all administrators within our district to make sure all students are ready for the next step in life. I believe we need to continue what we are doing, and continue to review the results. If needed, we need to adapt our plan and process if it doesn't appear to be helping our students meet their goals. What budgetary issues will your district have to confront during the next four years and what measures do you support to address them? If you believe cuts are necessary, be specific about programs and expenses that should be considered for reduction or elimination. District 301 is going through another growth period. We need to make sure we manage our budget as our student population increases. Why or why not?No, I would not do this. I do not this is the correct way to compensate employees. What other issues, if any, are important to you as a candidate for this office?I think we need to focus on preparing our students for college and career. In addition to the education component, we need to help them be prepared for the soft-skills in life. There are many ways to define soft-skills. Math helps teach you perseverance and this trait has helped me be successful and become the person I am today. If you could give your children only one piece of advice, what would it be?Always have a positive, can-do attitude.
