Active in District Schools. I am a social and fiscal conservative.What is your opinion of your community's present level of local sales and property taxes? Is the tax just right, too low or too high? Explain.Based on todays economy in both the Private and Public sector, we are in a very good place having just had our City rating raised by Standard and Poor's Ratings Services. This is a strong message to our voters that our City of RM is well managedRate the efficiency of your town's police and fire coverage. Are the departments well prepared for the next decade? What, if anything, should be changed? Do you have specific public safety concerns?Our Rolling Meadows Police and Fire protection services are among the best for our size City in the State and Country. I rate them very high.Where, if anywhere, could the current budget be trimmed, and conversely, are there areas the budget does not give enough money to?Our City of RM Budget was just passed by the City Council including me. It is a well planned and is a fiscally conservative Budget.What's one good idea you have to better the community that no one is talking about yet?I plan to work closely with the City of Rolling Meadows Staff to continue the successes they have already accomplished. Together we are looking for creative ways to improve our City services while holding our taxes and costs down. I also will work to improve the roads of our City.What other issues, if any, are important to you as a candidate for this office?Using my 20 plus years of growing businesses experience, continue to create a Rolling Meadows City environment where new businesses will want to locate to.
