Mundelein Knit & Crochet Studio hosts Evanston Alderman Jane Grover to discuss yarn bombing at our February session.

Jane Grover will tell us about the collaboration last year of the Evanston Public Arts Council and the Evanston Public Library for Evanston Winter HeARTh, a series of artistic events to engage the community and display art that might not otherwise have come to light.

Mundelein Knit and Crochet Studio meets every third Thursday at the Fremont Public Library from 6:30pm to 8pm for open knit and crochet, demonstrations, and guest speakers.

We are looking for knitters and crocheters who would like to share their skills by demonstrating their specialty at one of our sessions. Do you know entrelac crochet? Double knitting? Do you know how to block finished pieces? What about Tunisian crochet?
