Mango Salsa

1 can (15 ounces) diced mango, or 1½ cups diced fresh mango

1 medium green pepper, diced

                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
 

3 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced

1 bunch green onions, slice halfway up stalks

1 jalapeño peeper, seeded and finely diced

½ teaspoon sugar

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Placed all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined. Let sit for 2 hours to allow flavors to mingle.

Use a garnish to for tacos, salmon, chicken breast or as a dip for tortilla chips.

Makes about 3 cups.
