Kites dot the skies over Antioch

Colorful kites dotted the skies over Antioch on Sunday for the annual the Family Kite Flying Day at the Tim Osmond Sports Complex on E. Depot Street.

Kite lovers watched enormous kites being flown, while others took the chance to fly their own. Experts from Chicago Kite flew stunt kites and provided kite flying tips and information on doing tricks.

There were kite give-a-ways, raffles for the bigger kites and kites available for purchase.
