Tour of Arlington Hts. bike ride on Saturday
The Arlington Heights Rotary Club will be hosting its first Tour d'Arlington bike ride through the streets of town on Saturday.
There will be three different routes of varying distances going through Arlington Heights, all beginning and ending at Recreation Park, 500 E. Miner St. The park will also host free food, drinks and smoothies after the rides.
The free event runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 6. There will be donation boxes to collect money for polio eradication, a major Rotary cause.
