Hollister Grove Announces 10-Year Lease Extension For Dr. Claude LeRose at Hawthorn Health Center
Libertyville, IL, July 1, 2014: Claude LeRose, DDS, head of one of the premiere dental practices in northern Illinois, recently signed a long-term lease extension at Hawthorn Health Center on the Hollister Grove medical campus in Libertyville. According to John Sheridan, Chairman of L.J. Sheridan & Co., Dr. LeRose's lease renewal assures the practice will stay at Hawthorn Health Center for many years to come. L.J. Sheridan & Co. is the property manager for Grand Oaks and Hawthorn Health Centers at Hollister Grove. Hollister Incorporated of Libertyville owns both medical properties.

In the past two years, Hollister Incorporated has made substantial improvements to Hawthorn Health Center at Hollister Grove. The building is nestled into the center of the serene Hollister Grove campus, flanked to the north by Grand Oaks Health Center and to the south by Hollister Incorporated. The peaceful setting makes Hollister Grove a perfect location for medical practices.
Dr. LeRose specializes in both general and cosmetic dentistry. "Our practice and patients enjoy the beautiful setting provided by the Hollister Grove practice," noted Dr. LeRose. "We have enjoyed a wonderful relationship with property management since opening our practice many years ago. Our lease extension provides long-term stability for both patients and our staff." Dr. LeRose was recently joined in the practice by Catherine LeRose, DMD. Ms. LeRose earned her undergraduate degree from Notre Dame University. She also is a graduate of Pittsburg Dental School.
