  Wauconda Park District employee Alan Emmerich repairs the docks near the beach on Bangs Lake after they were put in earlier this week. The extremely cold winter caused the docks to be in worse shape than in previous years. I was driving around when I saw this guy working on the docks.   Kids get a demonstration in making paper before they do it themselves during Recyled Art, part of Camp Naper at the Naper Settlement on Wednesday in Naperville. Children in grades 1-6 took part in the hands-on day camp. The settlement offers 1, 2, 3 and 5 day camps this summer. "We have some new fun & creative themes this year," said Anna Di Cosola, learning experience coordinator.
