Library launching new service:

The Libertyville-based Cook Memorial Public Library District is launching a new service that will give patrons free online and mobile access to movies, TV shows, music and other media. Called hoopla, the service will launch Monday. Customers simply need library cards to participate. Hoopla already partners with more than 300 library systems across North America.
