MainStreet Libertyville to host classic car show

MainStreet Libertyville hosts the Car Fun on 21 classic car show, on Wednesday, June 18, from 6 to 9 p.m. on Church Street in downtown Libertyville. Classic cars 25 years and older will be on display. Music will be provided by Downhome Sophisticates, a favorite local band, and food is available for purchase. Test your knowledge in the car trivia contest and you may win a prize. Anyone who is interested in displaying a car in the show can use the Brainerd Avenue entrance. You do not need to register. Volunteers will be available to direct the cars to the parking spots beginning at 5 p.m. Other Car Fun on 21 events are: Wednesday, July 16 (music provided by Kaleidoscope Eyes), Aug. 20 (Sneezy) and Sept. 17 (Keeghan).
