Red Stars' big second half beats Breakers

ALLSTON, Mass. - Tied 1-1 at halftime, the Chicago Red Stars exploded for 3 goals after intermission en route to a 4-1 win over the Boston Breakers, completing a two-match sweep in four days.

Scoring for the Red Stars were Michelle Wenino, Jen Hoy (assist Adriana Leon), Lori Chalupny (assist Vanessa DiBernardo), and Zakiya Bywaters.

Heather O'Reilly scored the Breakers' goal on a penalty kick.
