Fire hydrant flushing in Hainesville:
The village of Hainesville's water department will start flushing fire hydrants starting Monday, May 19. Officials said signs will be posted at subdivision entrances alerting residents to the flushing that typically results in water streaming down streets. Residents may find some drinking water discoloration during the fire hydrant flushing, officials said. They also may experience water pressure variation and turbidity.
