SUV crashes into Wisconsin concert venue

WAUSAU, Wis. - The driver of an SUV crashed into a University of Wisconsin-Marathon County building where a jazz concert was underway.

University officials say about 250 people were inside the theater when the vehicle crashed through a glass wall and landed about two feet inside the theater's audio control room Thursday night in Wausau. No one was hurt.

Police say the driver lost control of the SUV, hit a light pole, then crashed into the building. University student Anne Jagler says she was sitting in the back of the theater when there was a loud crash and people came running out of the sound check room.

WAOW-TV reports the concert continued after the crash.
