U.S. Reps plan Medicare discussion with local seniors Tuesday
U.S. Reps. Brad Schneider, Jan Schakowsky and Tammy Duckworth, all Democrats, will host a "Keeping Medicare Healthy" discussion with local seniors and the National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare.
The discussion will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 13, at the Wheeling Pavilion Senior Center, 199 First Street, Wheeling.
The round-table discussion will center on the importance of Social Security and Medicare and efforts to preserve and strengthen these programs.
