Willow House fundraiser:

The Libertyville Junior Woman's Club hosts a fundraiser Saturday, May 10, for Willow House, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support to children, teens, and families coping with grief, specifically the death of a mother, father, spouse, brother, sister or child. The event begins at 6 p.m. at the Libertyville Civic Center, 135 W. Church St., with trivia from Egg Head Pub Trivia followed by music by The Mojo Daddies from 8 to 11 p.m. Admission is $25 per person and includes appetizers and trivia admission. Wine and beer will be sold for $5 per drink. Willow House began in 1998 as a grass-roots effort to serve the needs of grieving children and families in the North and Northwest suburbs.
