Charity tennis clinic offered in D300

Players and coaches from District 300 schools will be offering a charity tennis clinic for players of all ability levels on Sunday at Jacobs High School.

Donations will benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Attendees will be assigned by grade and experience level. No experience is necessary to participate.

Also, by reservation, Jacobs coach Jon Betts will be offering 45-minute private lessons for a minimum $25 charitable donation between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., following the clinic.

Clinic times are from noon to 1:55 p.m. and from 1:05 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Rain date is May 11.
