Lombard hosting spring blood drive at two locations
The village of Lombard is hosting a spring blood drive at two locations on Wednesday, April 9. The first will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Yorktown Center, on the lower level near entrance No. 5. The second will take place from 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at village hall.
Appointments are appreciated at both and highly recommended at Yorktown Center. They can be made by visiting heartlandbc.org or by contacting Carol Bauer at bauerc@villageoflombard.org or by calling (630) 620-5712. A photo ID is required.
Donors will be entered into a raffle to win a 4-pack of tickets to a Chicago White Sox game. They will also receive a coupon for a free Culver's frozen custard and have a chance to enter a raffle for a Yorktown Center gift card.
