New Schaumburg subdivision opens model
Columbus, Ohio-based M/I Homes opened its model at the long-anticipated Pleasant Square subdivision at the northwest corner of Schaumburg and Roselle roads in Schaumburg. Village officials were on hand for the ceremonial opening and a tour on Thursday. Delayed and then revised by the recession, the final version of the 12-acre development consists of 10 single-family homes, eight townhouses in three buildings and 99 rowhomes in 19 buildings, for a total of 117 housing units.
