St. Viator breaks out the bats

The St. Viator softball team climbed above .500 for the first time this season in an emphatic way.

The Lions offense exploded for 15 hits in a 22-8 victory over Iola-Scandanavia (Wis.) at the ESPN Sports Complex in Orlando, Fla. on Wednesday.

Lions senior pitcher Sam Hogan (1-1) earned her first win of the season.

St. Viator received doubles from senior Kristen Hackel (her third of the season), freshman Grace Kaiser and freshman Adeline Swiderski.
