Two Cook polling places will be open late

The polling places at West Park Fieldhouse in Des Plaines and Manor Park Fieldhouse in Glenview will stay open until 7:30 p.m., the Cook County Clerk's office said.
The buildings did not open in time for voting in the morning, and Clerk David Orr's office went to court to keep the two spots open past the normal time polls close at 7 p.m.
One voter at each location had to be turned away in the morning, a spokeswoman said.
