Artists sought for annual festival:
The David Adler Music and Arts Center is putting out a call to artists for its 34th Annual Festival of the Arts, scheduled for Aug. 2 and 3, in Cook Park in downtown Libertyville. During the last several years, Festival of the Arts has hosted some of the finest work of artists exhibiting in the country. Organizers want to supplement the artistry with a variety of children's activities. Applications and images are accepted through May 16. Visit www.adlercenter.org or (847) 367-0707.
