Extra-Virgin Vodka Martini

1½ ounces vodka (extra bright and fruity variety)

2 drops olive juice, or brine

Splash of vermouth (optional)

½-1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil (fruity, grassy flavor)

1-2 blue cheese-stuffed green olives

In an ice filled cocktail shaker, combine vodka, olive juice and vermouth. Shake vigorously.

Strain into martini glass. Add olive oil and garnish with olives.

Serves one.
