HomeVestors names SNL Realty Top Franchisee for 2013

SNL Realty, a HomeVestors® of America (the “We Buy Ugly Houses® company) franchisee from Chicago, was recognized for achieving the top sales volume out of the over 400 HomeVestors franchisees in December.

“Scott Gottlieb and his team in Chicago really hit their stride in 2013,” commented HomeVestors co-president David Hicks. “In 2012, SNL Realty set a company record in sales volume, and in 2013, increased the previous sales volume by 78 percent over the previous year's record.”

Hicks noted that SNL's buyer Eric Strung also was named the Top Buyer of 2013.

Other franchisees ranked in the Top Five included Hi-Land Properties of West Palm Beach, Florida (2); C&C Residential Properties of Dallas (3); Corporate Properties of Englewood, Colorado (4) and K2NC of Rockville, Maryland (5).

During 2013, HomeVestors franchisees purchased more than 3,500 houses, bringing the company's total to more than 55,000 homes purchased in its history.
