Electronic ballot request:

Registered voters in Lake County are reminded that requirements to request a ballot by mail have changed. While Illinois law requires a separate request for ballot at each election before mailing a voter a ballot, voters may now complete an electronic request without signing a form. Visit LakeVoterPower.info and use the voting by mail link. The new law also requires state election officials to share with campaign committees and political organizations the email addresses of all voters using the new E-request option. Those who do not wish to have an email address shared with political campaigns may complete, print, sign, and mail a paper form available at LakeVoterPower.info, by email at VotingByMail@lakecountyil.gov or by calling (847) 377-2406 for the paper form.
