Mt. Prospect chamber announces award winners

The Mount Prospect Chamber of Commerce has announced this year’s Business Award winners. They are Business Leader of the Year, Susan Dozier, American Chartered Bank; Business of the Year, Vista Linda Eye Care; and Chairman’s Award, Jeanine Molinelli of Hampton Inn & Suites.

The awards will be presented at the Annual Dynamic Year Luncheon 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 9, at Victoria in the Park, 1700 S. Elmhurst Road in Mount Prospect.

The cost of the lunch is $30 and the deadline for registration is Wednesday, Jan. 8.

At the luncheon, the chamber will be collecting food for the Mount Prospect Food Pantry and will be participating in a giving/gift card program for business recovery in Washington, Ill., after the tornado. Gift cards from Target and Walmart, as well as checks payable to the Business Recovery Act may be donated. For each $25 donation, e+o Food and Drink in Mount Prospect will give the giver a $25 gift card to the restaurant.
