Des Plaines dancers collect food for pantry

Five dancers from Artistry in Motion, the in-house dance company of the Des Plaines Park District, helped to deliver over six barrels of food to the Des Plaines Self Help Closet and Pantry, 600 E. Algonquin Road on Saturday, Dec. 14.

The pantry serves around 1,000 Des Plaines families every month and relies on donations of food, paper products, clothing, and shoes to service their clients.
