French pastry chef shares secrets:

French pastry chef Jacquy Pfeiffer reveals the secrets to making flawless éclairs, buttery croissants, and perfect macaroons as featured in his new cookbook, “The Art of French Pastry,” during a visit at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 17, to the Vernon Area Public Library. Pfeiffer is co-founder of the renowned French Pastry School in Chicago, star of the documentary “Kings of Pastry,” and has placed in many of world’s most prestigious pastry competitions.
