Baldwin has a promise to keep

Several years ago, Alec Baldwin received wide press coverage when he vowed to move to Canada if George Bush was elected president. Bush won, but unfortunately Baldwin remains in the United States.

This is a man with no real talent and save for his good looks nothing to offer. He had a role on “30 Rock” but Tina Fay made the show and since its demise, Baldwin has resorted to his only real talent of gaining notoriety by attacking reporters and photographers and claiming they are harassing him.

This keeps his name in the news. His latest play for attention was bashing gays on his late night talk show on MSNBC of all places.

The press should do what he claims he wants — leave him alone. Maybe then he would fulfill his promise and move to Canada.
