These employee training programs provide employers a cost-effective opportunity with access to experienced trainers, consultants and subject matter experts.

A quality management system depends on an effective internal audit program. To ensure a successful ISO 9001 Registration, businesses will need a strong Internal Audit Team. In response to the needs of area businesses, MCC is offering Internal Auditing training, scheduled from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursdays, Dec. 5 and 12.

This course will enhance participants’ understanding and application of ISO 9001:2008, and help them to better understand the necessary approaches to auditing processes.

The Internal Auditor program is appropriate for anyone within the organization who must lead or participate in internal quality audits or anyone who desires to obtain an in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2008. Participants should come prepared having read the ISO 9001:2008 Standards. There will be homework with case-study scenarios, and a test at the end of the course.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion. The fee for this course is $599. Participants may register using course ID NTE S041 002.
