Elmhurst man acquitted of charges

An Elmhurst man was acquitted on Wednesday of armed robbery and impersonating a police officer, Cook County court records show.

The same records show prosecutors dismissed charges of theft and unlawful restraint against Raul Eiseman, who was arrested in 2009. Court records also show Eiseman, 49, was acquitted of similar charges in November 2011.

The Daily Herald was unsuccessful in its attempt to reach Eiseman’s attorney for comment.
