U.S. Tax Advantage rebrands as Forte International Tax

EVANSTON — U.S. Tax Advantage LLC has renamed the firm Forte International Tax LLC as part of a rebranding campaign to better position and differentiate the firm as a provider of international tax services and software solutions.

“The name Forte represents our strength in leveraging technology to meet our clients’ international tax needs in an increasingly complex global regulatory environment,” said Founder and National Managing Director Mark Gasbarra.

Forte’s international tax professionals have several decades of experience, having led global tax and technology practices at “Big 4” accounting firms and Fortune 100 corporations.

“Transfer pricing and repatriation of foreign earnings are major issues today, and we help our clients comply with the complex tax and accounting rules while fully utilizing available foreign tax credits. Our other key focus areas include the domestic production activities deduction and the IC-DISC export tax incentive. Congress put these targeted incentives in place to help the U.S. economy, yet many of the country’s manufacturers and exporters are not fully utilizing the significant benefits that they provide,” said Gasbarra.

Along with its new name, Forte is adopting a new tagline, logo and website, Gasbarra added.

“Forte’s new tagline ‘Leveraging technology to deliver tax savings’ has always been the hallmark of our practice and is fundamental to our brand. The logo reflects the dual strengths of our integrated approach — the delivery of international tax expertise coupled with the use of VantagePoint to provide accurate and sustainable results,” he added.

Forte has launched their redesigned website at www.forteintax.com.

Forte International Tax, LLC is an international tax services firm focused on repatriation planning, foreign tax credit utilization, transfer pricing and manufacturing and export tax incentives.
