Dist. 121 to host autism presentation

Warren Township High School will host a Parent Café on Wednesday, Nov. 20, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. to address transition needs for children with autism, a District 121 news release stated. Parents, grandparents, caregivers and respite workers for children with autism are invited to a presentation co-sponsored by Warren Township High School District 121 and the Illinois Autism Training and Technical Assistance Project (IATTAP). The program will be in the cafeteria at the Almond Campus, 34090 Almond Road, Gurnee. Advance registration is requested, particularly if transportation or child care is needed.
