District 103 kindergarten registration Dec. 6

Lincolnshire-Prairieview Elementary District 103 will host kindergarten registration at Laura B. Sprague School from 9:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 6 for children who will be 5 before Sept. 1, 2014. To register a child, parents or guardians will need to bring: the child’s original birth certificate or passport (a photocopy of the birth certificate and/or a hospital certification of birth cannot be accepted); and proof of District 103 residency. Requirements and actions that must be completed in order to establish residency in District 103 are posted online at http://www.d103.org/vbackpack/D103AdmProc-ResidencyRev112712.pdf. Forms for required medical and dental examinations will be available at the time of registration, and they must be completed and returned to Sprague School one week before the first day of the 2014-15 school year. Parents can select full-day (tuition based) or half-day kindergarten program at registration.
