Kowal to speak at historical society meet:
Connie Kowal will be the featured speaker at the Libertyville-Mundelein Historical Society meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 18, at the Cook Park Library, 413 N. Milwaukee Ave., Libertyville. Kowal, director of recreation and the Libertyville Sports Complex worked in professional sports, including with the Chicago Cubs and New Orleans Saints.
