Man arrested after woman’s body found in vehicle

KENOSHA, Wis. — Kenosha police say they’ve arrested a man in the death of a woman whose body was found in a vehicle near a Greyhound bus station in Chicago.

Authorities say the 40-year-old man and 30-year-old victim had been dating. Kenosha police turned to authorities in Chicago for help in locating the vehicle, found early Monday morning.

The Kenosha News (http://bit.ly/1dFgvdm ) reports the woman has been identified as 30-year-old Erin Ziemondorf of West Allis.

An autopsy by the Cook County medical examiner’s office determined Ziemendorf died due to blunt neck trauma caused by an assault.

The name of the man being held by Kenosha police has not been released.
