Short & Sweet critic, mortgage banker Adam Kraft, discusses the Broadway in Chicago performance of To Master the Art with Short & Sweet host, Diana Martinez. One of Kraft’s favorite scenes involves Julia Child’s character scrambling eggs live on stage while demonstrating the art of perfect eggs to her first class. Aside from the great character development in the scene, Kraft is impressed with the level of real instruction in the staged cooking lesson - a lesson he took to heart as he made scrambled eggs for breakfast the next morning.
