Lake Zurich Rotary bash:

The Beatles band American English will make an appeararce at the Lake Zurich Rotary Halloween Bash on Friday, Oct. 25, from 7 to 11 p.m. at the Lake Barrington Field House, 28156 W. NorthPointe Parkway, Lake Barrington. Proceeds from the event benefit Rotary scholarships for Lake Zurich High School students, the Lake Zurich Food Pantry and Special Olympics. Cost for the Bash is $20 in advance or $30 at the door. Festivities also include raffles, a silent auction and a costume contest. Top prize in the costume contest is $500.
