Take rebate, treat your ash trees now
Imagine fall without trees and leaves. That’s what you’ll get if you don’t treat your Ash trees now.
Without mature trees that home you plan to use for your kid’s college education or retirement will drop 20 percent in value, and neighborhoods with more than 50 percent ash trees will be devastated with low resale value and increased flooding.
The village is willing to rebate 50% or $50, to treat trees against EaB. Trees must be treated by Oct. 31 to qualify. Don’t be stupid! Act now!
