Ÿ A resident of the 40W800 block of Campton Trail Road in Campton Hills reported that his lawn mower was damaged between Aug. 5 and Oct. 28, according to a sheriff’s report.
Ÿ Kevin P. McMahon, 26, of the 100 block of Walnut Street, Covington, La., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 12:50 a.m. Thursday at Fabyan Parkway and Cambridge Drive near Batavia, according to a sheriff’s report. After stopping McMahon because of a broken taillight, sheriff’s deputies smelled an odor of burned marijuana and found a one-hitter and a partial marijuana cigarette in his car, the report said.
