Ÿ Stephanie A. Wiszo-Waty, 21, of the 0-100 block of Cobbler Court in South Elgin, was arrested about 10 p.m. Wednesday and charged with two counts of aggravated battery, a police report states. Wiszo-Waty was brought to the emergency room of Presence St. Joseph Hospital in Elgin after she was involved in an accident on Randall Road in South Elgin. While in the exam room, she became combative and dug her nails into the hands of two nurses.
