Abortion becoming the great divider

The Declaration of Independence contains the words, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

Slave owners in the past and abortion practitioners have opposed this theory at its core.

All the unborn whether slave or free were created equal and have unalienable rights to life. No law can deny this right and no judicial body can infringe on it and remain true to the words in the Declaration.

It took decades to overcome slavery in the United States. It may take decades to overcome abortion, yet it will be defeated. President Lincoln said of a country half slave and half free, “A house divided cannot stand.” We could not remain a divided people under slavery, nor can we now under our abortion regime.
