Lake County Hall of Famers will get their day Oct. 17
The College of Lake County Foundation will induct its 2013 Lake County and Waukegan high schools sports hall of fame classes Thursday, Oct. 17 at Midlane Golf Resort in Wadsworth.
The Lake County sports hall of fame inductees are:
Ÿ Danyelle Aber (Warren, gymnastics)
Ÿ Wilbur Borrero (Antioch/Waukegan, cross country/wrestling, athlete/coach)
Ÿ Pete Campbell (Warren, tennis/wrestling coach)
Ÿ Mark Deady (Stevenson, cross country/track)
Ÿ Gary Edge (Round Lake, girls basketball/baseball/football, coach)
Ÿ Cyndie Donner Flegner (Round Lake, basketball/volleyball)
Ÿ Jerry Grunska (Northern Officials Association)
Ÿ Craig Hunter (Libertyville, boys and girls tennis, coach)
Ÿ Fritz Kazlausky (Grant, baseball/basketball/football, coach)
Ÿ Lester Long (North Chicago, basketball)
Ÿ Courtney DeBolt Slinko (Stevenson, volleyball/basketball)
Ÿ Robin Straus (Lake Forest, gymnastics/volleyball)
