Perkins leads Hersey to invite victory
Hersey senior Lindsay Perkins shot an 82 to help lead the Huskies (338) to the championship of the Rolling Meadows Invite on Saturday at Arlington Lakes Golf Club in Arlington Heights.
Hersey’s Megan Kopeny and Alysia Zaucha shot 85s to tie for third while Hoffman Estates’ Hannah Brostoff tied for fifth by shooting an 86 in the 12-team field.
Elk Grove and the host Mustangs each shot 404 to tie for sixth while Hoffman Estates (407) and Maine West (421) were ninth and tenth, respectively.
