Dundee-Crown soccer moves to 10-0

William Campos scored a goal off an assist from Ivan Sanchez in the first half and Dundee-Crown's boys soccer team played stellar defense Friday in a 1-0 win over Jacobs at the Hononegah Indian Cup Tournament in Rockton.

Jose Gonzalez made 2 saves in goal for the Chargers, who are now 10-0 for the season.

St. Edward 1, Hampshire 1: Alex Semler scored a second-half goal off an assist from Matt Hesch as the Green Wave tied Hampshire at the Hononegah tournament. John Gotheredge made 7 saves for St. Edward (5-3-2).

CL South 1, Hersey 1: John Cappuccitti scored for Crystal Lake South in this tie at the Hononegah tournament. Gus Alvarez had 4 saves for the Gators (5-4-3).

North Shore 8, Elgin Academy 0: Jonathan Shen made 2 saves for the Hilltoppers (1-5).
