Leyden d. Streamwood: Hannah McGlone had 3 aces, 4 digs and 3 kills, while Sarah Cimino added 10 digs for the Sabres in a 25-22, 25-9 nonconference loss. Mercedes Olmos added 5 assists for Streamwood (6-5).
West Chicago d. Larkin: Brianna Stewart had 18 kills, 2 aces, 13 digs and 3 blocks and Olivia Kofie added 10 kills and 13 digs but Larkin fell 25-23, 21-25, 25-20 in an Upstate Eight crossover. Alyssa McGhee (23 assists, 7 digs) and Mia Gill (10 digs) also contributed for the Royals (6-4).
